To begin, shuffle the deck of cards and deal three cards to each player. The remaining cards are placed in a pile in the center of the table. The goal of the game is to get rid of all your cards before anyone else.
The first player starts by placing a card face up in the center of the table. The next player must then place a card on top of the first card that either matches the number or suit. For example, if the first card is a 7 of hearts, the next player can place a 7 of any suit or any heart card.
But here’s where things get wild. If a player places a card that matches the number of the previous card AND happens to be the same suit as one of the other cards on the table, they must say “buzz” and slap their hand on the pile of cards. The last player to slap their hand on the pile must pick up all the cards.
But wait, there’s more. If a player places a card that matches both the number and suit of the previous card, they must say “buzz buzz buzz” and slap their hand on the pile three times. The first player to slap their hand on the pile gets to choose who picks up all the cards.
The game continues until one player has gotten rid of all their cards. And trust us, things can get pretty wild as the game progresses.
